Custom Charges -
Due to Brexit some Countries have changed there custom Charge policy.
So you may wish to check this before placing an order.
Once the parcel has arrived in your country destination it is the Buyers responsibility to pay any duty and/or tax charges to the customs office.
we advise for this to be paid as soon as possible to avoid any further delays.
You may return undamaged Items with the tag intact within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Note: Any returns are at your own expense, unless an error has been made on our behalf.

If you have received Items which are damaged/faulty you must notify us within 48hrs and return the damaged item(s) within 14 Days of Purchase.
PLEASE NOTE ANY ITEMS WHERE THE TAG/S HAVE BEEN REMOVED THE ITEM WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY BACK TO YOU AND NO EXCHANGE/ REFUND WILL BE CONSIDERED.

We will not be held responsible if any items go missing if you chose not to get a tracking number.
As much as we really would love to always try our best to make returns as hasstle free as possible, we do not accept ANY returns after the 14 day cooling off period.
We do NOT cover wear and tear on any of our outfits, Once the tags have been removed and the item has been worn we will not accepted any liability if the outfit becomes damaged, Ie, snags, bobbling, loose threads, a lot of our garments are very delicate so please treat them with TLC.
